Geneva, 3 August 2020 – After two years of research, detailed design and planning, leading global wellness company Resense is thrilled to be opening Asia’s first boutique fitness & wellbeing experience on the 1st August 2020: Sindhorn Wellness by Resense at the new Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok.
Resense has meticulously crafted 4,000+ sqm over 3 floors to empower guests to achieve optimum wellbeing. The facilities will open in two phases with the boutique fitness, yoga & pilates studios opening in August exclusively for Bangkok residents and the spa & wellness floor later in the year simultaneously with the hotel.
Situated within the newly developed Sindhorn Village in the upscale Langsuan neighbourhood and just steps away from the verdant Lumphini Park, Sindhorn Wellness by Resense will take the concept of health & wellness to new heights by tailoring personalised programmes to help hotel guests & members reach their ‘next level you’.
Whether guests & members are looking for a fresh start or wish to continue their own wellbeing routine, Sindhorn Wellness will help them unlock their full potential. The integrated fitness & wellness approach ensures personalised care and tangible results where guests are at the centre of the experience. “Sindhorn Wellness guests & members can jumpstart their busy day with a spinning class in our virtual studio; or balance themselves with Tai Chi in the lush gardens. Sindhorn Wellness will deliver a distinctive & desired wellness experience” says Kasha Shillington, CEO of Resense.
Fitness enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with Asia’s first hotel boutique fitness facility. Spread over two floors are dedicated workout studios, such as the live and virtual cycle studio featuring world-leading Les Mills classes; a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) studio offering the latest CrossFit and virtual workout system; exercise studios for a wide range of yoga and high intensity classes; and a beautiful Pilates studio with the latest equipment from Balance Body. Resense’s highly trained experts are on hand and ready to guide all guests & members to achieve their optimum performance, whether they be athletes, exercise enthusiasts or simply interested in trying something new.
The Sindhorn Wellness ‘Momentum’ membership has been designed for active individuals striving for the same thing — ultimate strength and balance between mind and body. More than a gym, Sindhorn Wellness offers its members to join a community of athletes who are dedicated to pushing their limits and inspiring others to rise above. The Momentum membership offers its members a myriad of benefits, VIP treatments and exclusive access to events & workshop, making it one of the most exclusive & complete memberships in Bangkok.
Opening in Q4 2020 and inspired by the leading wellbeing destinations of the world, the spa is complete with 26 treatment rooms, including private suites, and will offer a bespoke collection of treatments and advanced therapies focused upon detoxification, rejuvenation and prevention. “We all seek to live longer, look younger and feel fitter. Our range of advanced treatments and specifically selected technologies will empower our international and local guests to achieve their goals” says Emma Darby, COO of Resense. The detoxification programme will offer everything from Dermalux facials and Pressotherapy to a detoxification circuit and an authentic Moroccan hammam. The unique thermal journey will be extensive including bio and salt saunas, a cold chamber, aroma steamroom, Rasul mud room and a tepidarium lounge where guests can relax as they look over Bangkok. Adjacent to the spa is the hotel’s 25-metre saltwater infinity pool with the Bangkok skyline as a backdrop.
